Video guide to resetting your password

Your username is the email your administrator created your account with. If you do not remember the email, you can contact your administrator, who can find your username on your resident profile.

Check that you are using the email that your account was created with.

You have probably tried to create an account that already exists. Try to recover your password instead.

Follow this guide if you want to register a move-out on a resident – below the text you will also find a video guide.

You can register a moveout by clicking the “Register Move Out” button located in the Resident profile page in the Resident details section.
The first step for the move-out registration is filling in the “Contact person for move-out” form. After you’ve entered the mandatory info (fields marked with *), click “Next”.

“Who’s moving out” is the second step of the flow where you can specify which resident is moving out of the apartment. Name and Resident number is not editable but you can easily edit or add info in all other fields.

“Who’s moving in” is the third step of the flow for registering a moveout and allows you to provide information on the resident moving into the apartment. Enter the mandatory information and click “Next”.

*Please note that in some registrations you can only select a move-in date on the 1st or the 15th of each month.

“What should be done” page is the fourth step of the move-out registration flow where you choose what should be done with the readings in
connection with the move-out.

Two options are available when it comes to “Making move-out readings”:

  • Yes (Brunata evaluates the
    need for a move-out reading).
  • No. Default will be no in some cases based on building/location/account/move-out date etc.

You can also enter comments to Brunata in the “Comments field”. However “Comments for Service Technician” field appears only if “Yes” is selected and is where you can leave a note regarding how to enter the building/apartment.

“Review Page” is the last page of the moveout registration flow, and it sums up all the information provided in the previous steps.
All steps can be edited by clicking on the “Edit” icon next to each section. After you reviewed the provided info, click “Submit” to create the move order and register the new resident.

Yes, as a resident, you can track your utilities consumption and access your consumption accounts from your computer or tablet via Brunata Online. Unfortunately, there is currently an error in Brunata Online, which means that your readings for January have been shifted to February. We are in the process of resolving this issue.

In the new Brunata Online, the administrator can easily give the residents access to the resident portal and the app:

  • Select a system by clicking on a record
  • Click on ‘Residents’ in the left hand menu
  • Choose ‘See all’
  • The ‘Resident access’ column shows the current status of your resident (you can click the arrows to sort it alphabetically)
  • You can choose to activate all residents. When you click on ‘Invite all’, an email will be sent to all residents with an email address. For those without email address, the system will generate a pdf with an activation code, which you can print out and send to the resident’s address.
  • You can also invite a resident by following one of these steps:
    • Click on the resident’s name in the resident list. Now click “Invite resident” in the resident detail section. If you do not have the resident’s email, a pdf will be generated with an activation code that you can print and send to the resident.
    • Sort in the “Email” column to see if you have a resident’s email address, which is indicated by a tick. In the “Resident Access” column on the far right, you can also invite a resident

In the video you can see how to give your residents access to the resident platform:

If you have reported it online by mistake, you can call Brunata’s customer service or send us an email. You will find contact information for Brunata in your country by selecting “Select country” in the menu bar on the website. We can then open up the report again. Please have your system number ready when you call.

We are in the process of upgrading ‘Registration of moves online’ and the current moving form is therefore a temporary solution.
To go to the moving form, click the resident list. Click on or search for a specific resident, after which you can access the moving form.
Once you have completed the moving form, it will be forwarded to the system for registration. It can take a few days before the move is registered, after which an activation email or letter can be sent to the resident.
