Visualisation of consumption data

The visualisation of consumption and data is a big part of optimising, reducing, and making heat consumption tangible. This visualisation can be accomplished in several ways:

Consumption account

One way to visualise consumption data for heat is through the consumption accounts, which Brunata prepares. Consumption accounts are designed on the basis of property’s requirements.

We have made it easy and efficient for administrators, as Brunata collects the meter data and prepares consumption accounts for each rental, but also for the residents, as we ensure that they get a fair and accurate consumption account on time.

WebMon is a online program that visualise consumption and meter data. It provides a quick and optimal overview of the heating consumption – from property to the meter level. WebMon can be used by administrators and residents.

WebMon also allows configuration of reports and alarms, which are received in connection with imprudent consumption fluctuations. This is beneficial for administrator or the property’s facility manager. If you are resident you can easily get overview of your own heating consumption through easily understandable tables and graphs. WebMon is available in several versions, depending on requirements. An energy-efficient property

Our heat allocation and energy meters.

To visualise data on consumption for heating, it is a condition that the property has remotely readable meters.

Brunata’s electronic heat cost allocators and energy meters measures the actual, individual consumption within a flat, shop, etc. It ensures a fair allocation of costs, so that each resident pays only for their own consumption. With the option of Brunata's WebMon Plus, the resident can always follow their consumption, and the administrator can monitor the entire property’s consumption online via a personal login. Furthermore, the administrator is freed from planning and coordination tasks in connection with taking meter measurements, as the meters can be read remotely. This also means that residents do not have to be home for a reading to take place.

The visualisation of consumption ensures more sustainable behavior and saves both the resident and the property for many unnecessary heating costs. Brunata's data indicates that individual metering and access to water and heat consumption data typically reduces consumption by 10-40% at the property level.

Brunata Futura Heat distinguishes between the heat that is supplied to the radiator from the heating system and the heat which is applied to the radiator from the surroundings, for example, from a wood burning stove or the sun's rays.

The meter includes a removable battery, which has been approved for a 10 or 15 year lifespan, depending on meter type. Furthermore, the heat cost allocator is connected to Brunata's network and online systems.

Accuracy and reliability are of paramount importance, when heat energy is to be measured and registered and when consumption should be equitably distributed among the residents. Brunata’s energy meters ensures just that. Our energy meters meet every requirementThe range of our energy meters serves everything from small house and flat to large block and industrial properties. And we meet all the needs for both data logging and data visualisation, as our energy meters are read remotely.

With an energy meter from Brunata, it is possible to take a measurement of the energy used for heating and cooling. These are electronic energy meters that transmit data during all hours, all year around. The energy meter’s battery life lasts up to 16 years, and they have a low initial flow (as they measure the entire consumption throughout the year). All energy meters can be connected to Brunata's network and online systems. By using a energy meter from Brunata, one can avoid having to install several heat meters in the same flat, shop, etc.
