Brunata as

data processor

At Brunata, we always make every effort to process data securely and in accordance with current legislation and regulations. As part of the EU’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on 25 May 2018, we have drawn up a data processor agreement between Brunata as data processor and our clients as data controllers.

The data processing agreement is a prerequisite in the same way as Brunata’s sales and delivery terms.

Brunata A / S is a data processor for a significant number of customers who are data controllers as defined in the GDPR. Data processors must be able to provide the necessary guarantees for the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures in such a way that the processing of data meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Based on the annual DPO report, management has prepared this GDPR declaration.
