If you wish to raise an objection regarding your consumption account, please find guidance here.

If you believe there is an error in your consumption account, you, as a tenant, have the opportunity to raise an objection. The objection must be submitted in writing and must include specific details on the points of the account that you find unacceptable.

Your objection must be submitted to the property owner or administrator no later than six weeks after receiving the consumption account.

For all inquiries concerning errors and complaints to Brunata, it is essential to present them as objections. An objection must, at a minimum, include the following information:

  • Building Number
  • Resident’s name and address
  • Billing period
  • Objections
  • Current meter reading in case of a complaint regarding consumption or meter
