It is crucial that we have access to your meters to ensure your consumption is allocated correctly.
If access is not provided, we may have to estimate your consumption.

Please ensure access to the meters

To ensure a smooth and efficient reading or installation, please make sure that no furniture, household items, or other objects are blocking the meters. This will help the technician complete the work safely, quickly, and without unnecessary inconvenience.

Can’t be home during the time slot?

In that case, you are welcome to leave a key with a trusted neighbour and send a text message to your technician with the details of where the key can be collected.

For your convenience, you’ll find your technician’s phone number clearly stated on the information letter you received.

  • Keep a safe distance from people and pets
