Brunata Energy Management is Internet-based and allows you to monitor and control consumption of water, heat, electricity and gas directly on all digital platforms. This means that with one click on your PC or mobile device, you can get an overview of energy consumption in all buildings.
You can compare and see previous consumption and expected consumption relative to budgets, get an overview of the carbon footprint, a prioritised call to action list and much more. The software has an incredible number of features, and the information is simply and clearly visualised.

Why waste energy? With Brunata Energy Management you can make sure that you do not waste your own or the property’s energy. Data is visualised so it is easy and intuitive to access. For example, the front page gives you a full overview of significant consumption deviations, so you can act proactively and avoid waste.
Zoom in on the problem
With a few clicks, you can zoom in on an event and learn more about the reason, for example, for sudden spikes in energy consumption. You can see what type of energy it concerns, in what building, at what dates and the exact time of day the irregularity occurs. This gives you a good idea of where and how to take action.

Energy saving
A tool that displays a list of deviations in consumption. The list is prioritised, so you can see which deviation is the most expensive and where it therefore gives the greatest effect to intervene. At the same time, the tool tells you what the cost will be if consumption remains unchanged. This gives you a quick overview of potential energy savings.
Environmental accounts
An effective tool for environmental reporting, at both building and property level. Everything is gathered in one place, and with a few clicks you can easily export consumption data and current CO2 emissions to the green accounts/CSR report.
Key figures
You can see when consumption differs from the property’s key figures and benchmarks across your properties. In consultation with our energy consultants, consumption can be optimised, and this can potentially lead to the energy label for the property being raised.
Tagging
Tagging allows you to group and filter your meters according to their use. That way, you can see consumption on relevant meters, for instance, the energy meter on hot water production.
Virtual calculation meters

Budgeting and finance
With Brunata Energy Management, you can easily carry out budget follow-up on energy consumption in actual cost amounts. The tool can also be used to set a more precise budget for next year’s energy consumption, so that residents’ advance payments can be adjusted.
Detect energy waste in time
If a situation arises where a consumption deviation is discovered, Brunata Energy Management sends a notification via Text message and/or email so that the waste can be stopped. The limit values for when a notification is triggered can be adjusted for specific periods and buildings.
Analysis of heat consumption
Your district heating return values can be monitored. The tool notifies you if the district heating is not cooled well enough, giving you the opportunity to adjust so that you do not have to pay an expensive cooling fee.
Infoboard
Physical infoboards can be set up with an overview of the consumption of water, heat and electricity, and, for example, solar cell production. Here, employees and guests can stay updated, and you have the opportunity to show your green profile with a focus on the environment and reduced CO2.
Call to action
Et værktøj, der viser en liste over forbrugsafvigelser. Listen er prioriteret, så du kan se hvilken afvigelse, der er dyrest og hvor det derfor giver størst effekt at gribe ind først. Et effektivt værktøj til miljørapportering, på både bygnings- og ejendomsniveau. Alt er samlet ét sted, og med få klik kan du nemt eksportere forbrugsdata og den aktuelle CO2-udledning til grønt regnskab/CSR-rapport.
Nøgletal
Du kan se, når forbrug afviger fra ejendommens nøgletal og benchmarke på tværs af dine ejendomme. I samråd med vores energikonsulenter kan forbruget optimeres – og potentielt kan dette føre til at energimærket for ejendommen hæves.
Opdag energispild i tide
Opstår der en situation, hvor en forbrugsafvigelse opdages, sender Brunata Energistyring en besked via sms og/eller e-mail, så spildet kan stoppes. Grænseværdierne for, hvornår der udløses en besked, kan tilpasses til periode og bygning.
Tagging
Med tagging kan du gruppere og filtrere dine målere alt efter deres anvendelse. Så kan du se forbrug på relevante målere, som f.eks. energimåler på varmtvandsproduktion.

Med Brunata Energistyring kan du nemt foretage budgetopfølgning på energiforbruget i kroner og øre. Værktøjet kan også bruges til at lægge et mere præcist budget for det næste års energiforbrug, så beboernes acontobetaling kan tilpasses.
Analyse af varmeforbrug
Jeres returværdier på fjernvarme kan overvåges. Værktøjet giver besked, hvis fjernvarmen ikke afkøles godt nok, og giver jer mulighed for at justere, så I slipper for at betale en dyr afkølingsafgift.
