A Brunata digitális platformot indít az ingatlankezelők számára, és egy teljesen új mobilalkalmazást a lakók számára

A Brunata Online használatával az ingatlankezelők rálátást nyerhetnek a lakóépületek energiafogyasztására és kiadásaira. A platform egyúttal fontos információkat is nyújt, például az energiafelhasználás nagyobb eltéréseiről, ahol a szükségtelenül magas költségek esetenként csak gyors beavatkozással kerülhetők el.

A platform egy verziója jelenleg az épület lakói számára is elérhető. A Brunata Online for Residents (Brunata Online a lakók számára) segítségével minden egyes lakónak lehetősége nyílik arra, hogy saját hő-, víz-, villamosenergia- és gázfogyasztását nap mint nap kövesse, amely az egyes helyiségek mérőóráira bontva még pontosabban követhető. A lakók, egyebek között, összevethetik a fogyasztást az előző időszakok fogyasztásával, és ellenőrizhetik, hogy előfordul-e jelentősebb kiugrás, ily módon a fogyasztást könnyebb módosítani és az energiaszámlán megtakarítást elérni.

Az új mobilalkalmazással még könnyebb

Ezzel egy időben, egy teljesen új lakossági mobilalkalmazás indul, amely még jobban megkönnyíti, hogy a lakók a fogyasztásukat ellenőrizzék. Az alkalmazás valamennyi elérhető adatot egyszerű és közérthető módon jeleníti meg. A lakók összevethetik a fogyasztást az előző időszakok fogyasztásával, beállíthatnak riasztásokat a fogyasztás kilengéseire, valamint energiatakarékossági ötleteket kaphatnak.

Az alkalmazás letölthető az App Store-ból vagy a Google Play-ből (ha az ingatlan feliratkozott a szolgáltatásra).

Jó hír az ingatlankezelőknek is

Jó hírt kapnak az ingatlankezelők is. A Brunata Online frissített verziójának bevezetésével az ingatlankezelők is többféleképp optimalizálhatják munkájukat.

Átterveztük a rendszer új változatát, amely egyszerűbb kezelőfelületet kapott, így könnyebben hozzáférhető minden szükséges adat. Az adatok gyorsan leolvashatók, a navigáció intuitív, és folyamatosan bevezetésre kerülnek okos funkciók. Az egyik új funkció, hogy lehetővé vált az új felhasználók és a lakók emailben történő meghívása.

Összességében, mind a lakók, mind az ingatlankezelők teljesebb képet kapnak, és így időt takaríthatnak meg az adminisztratív feladatokkal, valamint csökkenthetik energiaszámláikat.

A Brunata és a ZENNER – két vezető vállalat a víz-, hő- és energiafogyasztás-mérő megoldások terén – bejelentette, hogy BRUNATA ZENNER néven egyesíti leányvállalatait Magyarországon. Ez a fontos lépés egy nagy projekt része, amelynek keretében megerősítik és átszervezik a nemzetközi Brunata-Minol-ZENNER csoportot, amelynek a két magyar vállalat tagja. Céljuk, hogy teljes körű megoldásokkal váljanak az ügyfelek partnerévé.

A világszerte több vállalatot tömörítő csoport termékeket és rendszereket biztosít a fogyasztás méréséhez, az energiahatékonysághoz, az épületekben a költségmegosztáshoz, az elektronikus mobilitáshoz és az okosvárosokban használt Internet of Things (IoT) megoldások széles köréhez.

LoRaWAN™ kommunikációs protokollnak köszönhetően a csoport által bekötött mérők már készen integrálhatók az okosépületekbe és az okosvárosokba, így a felhasználók jobban tisztában vannak a fogyasztásukkal, ezáltal energiát takaríthatnak meg.

BRUNATA ZENNER az IoT területén is tevékenykedik, és megoldásokat nyújt az energiamonitoringhoz és különféle környezeti paraméterekhez, támogatva ezáltal a létesítménymenedzsmentet. Az egyéb megoldások között szerepel például a nyilvános és privát parkolóhelyek, valamint a környezeti feltételek megfigyelése a gyártóüzemekben és a farmokon.

Brunata-Minol-ZENNER Group supports fight against coronavirus

Last week, the Brunata-Minol-ZENNER Group donated medical equipment worth 4.5 million renminbi – roughly equivalent to 600,000 euro – to the Shanghai Charity Foundation. The measurement devices will be used to help treat seriously ill patients.

February 2020 – The Brunata-Minol-ZENNER Group and China have a long tradition together. The company has been operating in the country for more than 20 years and currently runs five sites there, staffed by over 2,000 employees. “We have a strong connection to the country and its people and are very grateful for the way the Brunata-Minol-ZENNER Group has been able to flourish in China. For that reason, there was never any doubt we would help in the fight against the coronavirus at this difficult time,” explains Alexander Lehmann, CEO of the Brunata -Minol-ZENNER Group. The specialist measuring technology company has donated medical equipment to the value of 4.5 million renminbi (approximately 600,000 euro), which is to be used in the treatment of coronavirus patients.

Last week, Peter Yang, General Manager of ZENNER China, presented the donation to Guoping Fang, Vice President of the Shanghai Charity Foundation, and Wendong Xu, Vice President of Huashan Hospital – one of the hospitals whose team will be using the new equipment in Wuhan. Wendong Xu accepted the donation with gratitude: “Brunata-Minol-ZENNER has a reputation for precise measurements. The fact the company is applying its core expertise in the medical sector during the current situation and donating high-precision health monitoring equipment will really benefit our patients.” Germany’s Consul General, Dr. Christine Althauser, had this to add: “I would like to thank the Brunata-Minol-ZENNER Group for its exemplary display of commitment. I am certain this generous donation will play in important part in addressing equipment shortages in hospitals.”

Consequences of the coronavirus
Since the coronavirus broke out in Wuhan, all the subsidiaries and staff of the Brunata-Minol-ZENNER Group in China have been supporting efforts to prevent and stem the epidemic. They are pulling together to fight the coronavirus and, as far as possible, safeguarding the delivery and service guarantee for domestic and global customers.
