EED Consumption Notification
Encourage residents to monitor their consumption and contribute to a greener future
Brunata EED Consumption Notification is a service that aligns with the EU’s initiatives to foster a greener future. This service assists property owners and administrators in reducing building energy consumption by raising residents’ awareness of their own energy use, thereby promoting greater sustainability.
The consumption notification service fully complies with the EU Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), which mandates that consumers have access to their consumption data and encourages them to monitor their consumption patterns. Our solution encompasses not only heat consumption but also all other types of residential meters that may be registered with Brunata.
The EED Consumption Notification service includes
1. Monthly updates: On the 15th of each month, residents receive an updated consumption notification. This notification provides a comprehensive overview (see illustration below) of all relevant consumption data for the preceding month.
2. Comparison and analysis: The consumption overview additionally offers a comparison with previous periods, enabling residents to observe how their consumption evolves over time.
3. Access via app or web portal: Residents can conveniently access their consumption data through our user-friendly app or the Brunata Online web portal. This service offers the flexibility to monitor consumption at any time and from any location.
4. Online Archive: All consumption overviews are securely stored in the archive within our online portal, Brunata Online. Historical consumption overviews are readily accessible, allowing for comparison and progress tracking.
5. Email distribution: Consumption notifications are sent to all residents who have registered an email address in Brunata Online. The building owner or administrator will receive, via email, a list of residents who have not provided an email address. They can easily access the residents’ consumption summaries in Brunata Online, print them, and distribute them accordingly.
