Smart Building services:
Indoor Climate Monitoring
Indoor Climate Monitoring is part of Brunata's Smart Building services, which consists of intelligent monitoring services for residential, business and public properties.
Keep your buildings in good health with intelligent indoor climate monitoring
Maintain a good indoor climate throughout your properties and prevent temperature and humidity issues from escalating into black mould with intelligent indoor climate monitoring from Brunata Smart Building.
Poor indoor climate is breeding ground for black mould
Low indoor temperatures and high air humidity increase condensation on indoor surfaces, creating the perfect breeding ground for black mould.
This can cause health issues such as allergic reactions and increases the risk of asthma for residents in your properties.
If the problem is discovered too late, costly renovation and rehousing may ultimately be required.

How the indoor climate service works
With Brunata’s indoor climate service, you can monitor the indoor climate in apartments and common rooms, and receive notifications if indoor climate issues occur.
Prevent indoor climate problems
A intelligent sensor measures the temperature and relative air humidity of each room. If the room is too cold or damp for a set period of time, you or your facility management team will be automatically notified by e-mail. That way, you can easily locate the issue and take the necessary steps to prevent the problem from escalating into black mould.
Automatically notify the right people
You can add up to 8 e-mail addresses to the notification list, which is convenient if, e.g., the facility management team need to be notified as well.
Keep track of indoor climate data online
Brunata’s online platform, Brunata Online, helps you visualise and understand indoor climate data across all your properties.
Brunata's indoor climate service is based on 3 building blocks:
