With Brunata’s indoor climate service, you receive automatic monitoring of the indoor climate in both apartments and common areas. Intelligent sensors measure temperature and relative humidity. Should a room remain too cold or humid for an extended period, you will be automatically notified via email.
This enables you to promptly identify the issue and take the necessary precautions to prevent the formation of mould fungus.

Low indoor temperature combined with high humidity creates an unfavourable environment. This combination leads to condensation on indoor surfaces, which fosters ideal conditions for the growth of mould fungus.
