Detect water leakages

With Brunata’s smart Leakage Sensor, you can detect and handle water leakages in your properties before they cause secondary damage.
Water leakages – stop water damage before it develops
Hidden plumbing leakages can quickly become a nightmare, resulting in substantial secondary damage, time-consuming repairs, insurance battles and rehousing of residents.
If the leakage happens in an infrequently visited communal area or technical room, hundreds of liters of water can be wasted before the leakage is detected and stopped.
How the leakage service works
With Brunata’s leakage service, you can register water leakages in e.g. basements and laundry rooms.
Avoid water leakages with intelligent leakage monitoring
The intelligent leakage sensor detects direct water impact as well as increased air humidity. If the leakage sensor detects water or increased humidity, you or your facility management team can be notified via e-mail so you can take the necessary steps to prevent it from escalating.
Automatically notify the right people
You can add up to 8 e-mail adresses to the notification list, which is convenient if, e.g., the facility management team need to be notified of the leakage as well.

Brunata’s online platform, Brunata Online, helps you visualize and understand leakage data across all your properties.
