Brunata’s advanced leakage monitoring system identifies leaks within your properties, enabling you to take action before they result in significant water damage.
Intelligent sensors
With Brunata’s leakage service, leaks in areas such as the property’s shafts, basement, and laundry rooms are detected much more swiftly than usual.
The intelligent leakage sensor identifies both direct water exposure and elevated humidity levels. If the sensor detects water or increased humidity, you will receive an email notification, enabling you to respond promptly and prevent significant water damage.
Prevent water damage promptly
Even minor leaks in concealed pipes can swiftly escalate into severe water damage. What begins as a small leakage can quickly result in significant consequential damage, time-consuming repairs, insurance disputes, and the rehousing of residents.
If the leak occurs in a seldom-visited common area or technical room, it can lead to the wastage of several hundred litres of water before the issue is identified and resolved.
